Love is in the Air?

Lately, I have recieved a few e-mails with the subject heading "Love is in the air". Every company seems to think that that will sell their stuff, everyone from SAS Bråthens to the shampoo-and-stuff-place I get newsletters from. It makes me kind of mad. Because it doesn't seem to be much love in my air (again; not bitter - noooo).. And then I got it. I realized why they all come up with this "fantastic" slogan right now. My absolutely least favorite holiday is coming up; Valentines Day. Oh joy.

Hey Hanne!

In Finland Valentine's Day is actually called Friend's Day. So basically is has to do with remembering the people that are important to you, be it family, friends or a boy/girlfriend. As I have friends in every corner of Finland and.. well.. the world, I can't wait to start remembering them all and sending cards and e-mails filled with tons of love=)

So happy pre-friends-day Hanne! May there be lots of love in the air around you on the 14th=)

I have to say that I like Friend's Day a lot better than Valentines Day. If I think of it this way, I think it actually jumps up to be one of my favorite holidays! :)
